We would like to inform you that the warranty/guarantee on all equipment for sale is provided by the manufacturer and not by Billericay Cleaning And Supplies (BCS). If any item develops a fault, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was sold.

Regarding Water Fed Pole (WFP) systems and equipment, these are manufacturer-supplied items. If any faults are found with these units, BCS will contact the manufacturer and attempt to resolve the issue as best as possible. However, in some cases, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. If you are unhappy with the product after 14 days, BCS will not accept responsibility for the item. It is your responsibility to inspect the item at the time of sale and return it within 14 days if you are dissatisfied. The item must be unused and in full working order for a refund to be processed.

Installation of WFP Units

When purchasing WFP units and opting for installation, the units will be installed in the safest location as determined by our engineer. If you have specific preferences regarding the installation location, please discuss this with BCS when dropping off your vehicle. Once the unit is installed, it will not be moved without incurring additional costs. Please ensure you are satisfied with the location before installation is completed.

If a WFP system needs to be uninstalled after installation, additional costs will apply. The standard uninstallation fee is approximately £250 including VAT, provided there are no additional complications. Delays and COVID-19 Considerations

Due to ongoing global supply chain issues, including those related to COVID-19, there may be delays in receiving and returning items. Waiting times for WFP systems are longer than usual and require additional patience. WFP systems are assembled at external warehouses before being sent to our Basildon installation unit (Unit M, The Enterprise Centre, Paycocke Rd, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3DY) for installation. As a result, we do not always have control over the delivery timeline.

Please be aware that the typical waiting time for WFP systems is 4 weeks before they arrive at our installation unit. An additional 1-2 weeks may be required to schedule an installation date. We do not offer refunds due to extended waiting times, so please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing an order. We recommend confirming all estimated dates with us prior to purchasing, as stock availability at the warehouse may vary. We will schedule your installation at the earliest available date.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
